Creative in Practice, Curious About People, Committed to Learning.
I’m Dani, a multidisciplinary professional with hands-on experience across entrepreneurship, digital marketing, content, photography, project development, and community initiatives. I have learned by building, adapting, communicating, and taking responsibility in real-world environments. I am now looking to deepen that experience in people and talent development — learning how potential is identified, developed, and connected to meaningful opportunities. I bring creative thinking, initiative, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to continuous learning.
Why I Choose the Project
I choose projects where people, learning, and meaningful work come together. I am drawn to organizations that invest in potential and create opportunities for people to grow. For me, the right project is not only a place to contribute — it is an environment where I can learn from experienced professionals, understand how talent is developed, and turn my existing creative and digital experience into greater value for people and the organization.
Why Choosing Me
I bring a combination of creative thinking, hands-on experience, adaptability, communication, and a strong learner’s mindset. My background across business, digital marketing, content, photography, projects, and community work has trained me to work independently, adapt to new situations, communicate with different people, and turn ideas into practical action. I may still be developing my expertise in talent and human development, but I bring the initiative to learn, the humility to listen, and the discipline to grow through real responsibility.

Learning to turn ideas into something real.
Entrepreneurship became my earliest training ground for initiative, customer awareness, experimentation, responsibility and learning from results.
First Experiment2013 · SMA Negeri 2 Binjai
Food · School Experiment
AHA Corn
One of my earliest hands-on business experiments. I created a small food stall with friends at SMA Negeri 2 Binjai and sold Jasuke (Jagung Susu Keju) for around one week.
The experience was simple, but important: an idea became a product, a place to sell, and something that people could actually buy.
What I learned: start small, test an idea in the real world, observe customers and learn from the result.
Family Business Exposure2013 onward · Penang, Malaysia
Restaurant · Family Business
RMR Restaurant
RMR Restaurant is a family business created by Risdelacosta and Ida Suparni. I participated occasionally when visiting Penang, Malaysia.
Being around an existing family business gave me an early view of how a business is maintained beyond the original idea — through products, customers, daily operations and continuity.
What I learned: business is built through consistency, responsibility and understanding the people who keep it running.

KELAMBIR & SHIAWASE
During my student years, I explored two early creative-business concepts: KELAMBIR, a clothing-brand idea developed with Irham and Ridho, and SHIAWASE, a photography-business concept developed with Rachey.
KELAMBIR introduced me to thinking about identity, product direction and collaboration. SHIAWASE became an early signal that photography could grow beyond a personal interest into a professional creative service.
What I learned: creative ideas become stronger when they have a clear identity, collaborative thinking and a path from concept toward execution.

Entrepreneurship · Team Venture
Trio Chicken Dinner
Built with Dani, Irham and Ridho, Trio Chicken Dinner became one of the first major documented ventures of my entrepreneurial period.
The venture explored chicken farming, egg farming, a chicken joint and mitra / partnership activity in Galang. It moved my experience beyond individual ideas into a project where people, resources and execution had to work together.
What I learned: teamwork, coordination, responsibility, experimentation and adapting when a business model meets real conditions.

Media · Local Potential
RMBTN.TV
RMBTN.TV was a local media idea built around Binjai and the potential of its people and stories. The name connected with Binjai's identity as Rambutan City.
The idea reflected my growing interest in combining media, local stories, people and digital platforms to create something useful for a place and its community.
What I learned: local potential becomes more visible when stories, people and digital media are connected.
Deking Project was created as a digital creative company / agency in Binjai, bringing several creative projects and ideas into a shared direction.
It became part of the period when I was exploring how creative skills, digital work and project ideas could be organized into something more professional.
What I learned: creative work needs structure, communication, direction and the ability to turn separate ideas into a workable project.
Nyoklat 3 Sekawan was a franchise business project that started with Cen Choco and developed into a wider group of connected food and business ideas.
Connected projects included Cen Coco, Waroeng Queen, 3 Layers Choco, Colour Fun Mojito and Tripmates Burger. The project period exposed me to the complexity of connecting products, people and different business ideas.
What I learned: business development, coordination, product thinking, collaboration and learning through experimentation.

Connected Business Chapter
Teras Damai
Teras Damai was a separate chapter connected to the Nyoklat 3 Sekawan period and its wider development into additional business ideas.
I keep it as its own card because it is part of the actual entrepreneurial chronology and shows how one period of experimentation generated multiple connected directions.
What I learned: entrepreneurial journeys are often networks of experiments, not a single straight line.
Coffee · Food · Retail1 Mar 2021 → 1 Jun 2021 · Medan
Partnership · Operations
Tripmates Box
Tripmates Box was a coffee / food business created with Arief and Dimas. The project included burgers and other food products.
The project eventually ended during internal problems. That experience became an important lesson about how people, communication, operations and partnership dynamics can affect an otherwise promising idea.
What I learned: good ideas still depend on healthy teamwork, clear communication and reliable operations.

Journey Lens became the photography identity that grew from an interest developed during college and gradually became a professional direction.
Professional photography deepening followed in October 2022, with independent photography work continuing into the following years. This chapter connected creative skill, client work and visual storytelling.
What I learned: creative service requires practice, observation, communication, consistency and the ability to translate a client's needs into visual work.
Commodities · Family Opportunity15 Oct 2022 · Aceh connection
Business Idea · Commodities
POST — Proud of Sumatera
POST — Proud of Sumatera was a commodities-business idea connected to discovering that the family had a coffee farm in Aceh.
This chapter is intentionally documented as an entrepreneurial idea rather than presented as a fully executed business. It reflects my growing interest in connecting family resources, local commodities and wider market opportunities.
What I learned: opportunities can emerge from understanding what already exists around us, while good documentation keeps ideas grounded in reality.

XPROPLAN is a later chapter in the entrepreneurial and professional-development timeline.
The current archive confirms the project period from 3 March 2023 to 1 June 2023. More detailed storytelling should be added only when additional source material is available.

What I learned: teamwork, participation, communication and respect for different perspectives.

Where I've Been
Education, exploration, entrepreneurship, employment, photography and digital marketing have given me a broad, hands-on foundation.
I learned by moving between different environments — building ideas, working with teams, serving customers, creating content and taking responsibility for real projects. Each chapter strengthened my adaptability and showed me how people, communication and execution shape results.
⌁
Where I Am
Today, I bring creative thinking, digital experience and project ownership together while continuing to learn through photography, digital marketing, entrepreneurship and community work.
My current focus is becoming more intentional about the people behind the work: how strengths are recognized, how potential develops, and how meaningful opportunities can connect people with the right environment.

Where I'm Going
I am moving toward talent and people development, bringing my digital and creative background into an environment where I can learn, contribute and grow professionally.
I want to work with a talent-focused organization, especially from a Digital Marketing perspective, while learning more deeply about talent discovery, development, personal branding, learning and meaningful career opportunities.
Long term, I hope to turn that experience into a wider platform for talent — connecting potential with opportunities and eventually contributing to a talent-focused organization, NGO or foundation.
