Direction Land is where I tell the story of where I am now and what I want to build next. I want my work to become more than a career — I want it to become a legacy that helps people discover their potential, find opportunities, and believe that their talent can matter.

I want to focus more deeply on talent: studying it, understanding it, and working inside a talent company so I can learn professionally from the people and systems already doing it. My long-term dream is to turn that learning into a foundation for Indonesian talent — helping people develop, connect, and shine bright.
